1. First check if your Internet connection is functioning as it should

1. First: Check Your Internet Connection

Your VoIP service depends entirely on a working internet connection.
If your internet is down or unstable, your device won’t connect to our IPPBX, so you won’t be able to make or receive calls.

What to do:

  1. Restart your modem or router, Turn it off, wait at least 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

  2. Restart any switches, if you're using one.

  3. Restart your VoIP devices or phone system after the modem/router is back online.

Do this in that exact order, modem/router first, devices last.

Tip: Don’t miss calls while troubleshooting

If you can still access the IPPBX from another connection (like mobile data or a different location), temporarily set your Follow-Me to your mobile phone.
Once your internet is back and your devices are registered again, you can switch Follow-Me off.

Test your connection speed:

Run a speed test here

As a rule of thumb, you need at least 0.1 Mb/s up and down for each active VoIP call.
