4. Check if Your Phone is Set to DND (Do Not Disturb)

Can you call out but not receive calls?
Do your incoming calls go straight to voicemail or seem to be blocked?

If so, your phone might have Do Not Disturb (DND) mode turned on.

How to spot it: Look for a [DND] icon, a stop sign, or a flashing symbol on your phone’s display.

What to do: Press the DND button (or sometimes the Mute button) to switch it off.
Then test again to see if your phone can receive calls.

✅ That’s often all it takes!
