1. First: Check Your Internet Connection
Your VoIP service depends entirely on a working internet connection.
If your internet is down or unstable, your device won’t connect to our IPPBX, so you won’t be able to make or receive calls.
What to do:
-
Restart your modem or router, Turn it off, wait at least 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
-
Restart any switches, if you're using one.
-
Restart your VoIP devices or phone system after the modem/router is back online.
Do this in that exact order, modem/router first, devices last.
Tip: Don’t miss calls while troubleshooting
If you can still access the IPPBX from another connection (like mobile data or a different location), temporarily set your Follow-Me to your mobile phone.
Once your internet is back and your devices are registered again, you can switch Follow-Me off.
Test your connection speed:
As a rule of thumb, you need at least 0.1 Mb/s up and down for each active VoIP call.
