You were told an email was sent to you, but you can’t find it?
Don’t worry, this happens more often than you might think. Here's what to do:
Step 1: Check Your Mail Folders

Inbox: Start by checking your regular inbox.

Spam/Junk folder: Mails sometimes land here by mistake. This is a common issue.

Archived folder or other subfolders: Email filters or rules might have moved the message.
Look carefully, in most cases, the mail is there, just not where you expected it.
Step 2: Use the Clientarea
If you still can’t find it, log in to your Voyced Clientarea:
https://www.voyced.eu/clients/
There, you can:

See a list of automated emails we’ve sent to you (like order confirmations or payment notifications)

Review all open and closed tickets in the Support > Tickets section
(Note: individual replies to tickets won’t be in the email list, but will be inside the ticket conversation itself)
These lists usually go back several months, but we do clean them up from time to time to keep everything fast and tidy.
