As this is not currently part of the SIP/VoIP standard, and is poorly supported (especially) Internationally, we do not support SMS at all at this time.
We may implement this in the (near) future but only if we can do so reliably and without affecting the reliability of all other services and there is no set path of a possible implementation for now.
