Yes, this is perfectly well possible
As Voyced is fully SIP-compliant, you can use any open SIP compliant SoftPhone on your SmartPhone.
Just set it up as usual and you'll be able to call and be called on your mobile, as long as the SIP client is connected to the Voyced IPPBX.
