5. Check if your phone is set to Forwarding

Another possibility is that, often by accident, a Forwarding modus has been activated.

Often you will see an icon in your display representing this, so check your display to see if there is anything different from usual or check with your phones manual.
Disable the Forwarding modus and check if all is functioning as expected again.
