When your Call Credit is running low, you will receive an automated email notification.
This is why it's very important to always keep your email address up to date in our system.
Topping up your credit at that point is the smart thing to do, it helps avoid service interruptions or, in extreme cases, being unable to make or finish a call.
Once your credit is almost empty, you'll receive another email notification to remind you that immediate action is needed.
How to Top Up
You can easily purchase more Call Credit by logging in to the Client Area and ordering a TopUp as a Product Addon:

We recommend always assigning the TopUp to your Hosted IPPBX account, so that the balance is available for all your DIDs under that account.
