Your Call Credit is used to cover the cost of any outgoing calls, and these costs are deducted in real time based on the destination and call duration.
As your balance starts to run low, the system will give you a friendly reminder during your next call. You'll also receive email notifications so you’re aware ahead of time.
If your balance gets too low, you won’t be able to place new outgoing calls until you’ve topped up again.
How to Top Up
To keep things simple, you can log into your Client Area and go to the Product Addons section to add more credit:

Tip: Always assign your TopUp to your Hosted IPPBX account, so all your DIDs (telephone numbers) under that account can share the same balance.
