Can you call Premium or Freemium numbers from your Voyced account?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Here’s why:
Why some Premium numbers can’t be reached
While we aim to offer access to as many numbers as possible, Premium and Freemium numbers can be tricky.
These numbers:

Are often restricted to local callers only

Vary in how they’re set up across countries

Don’t always allow VoIP access from outside the country
This issue affects all VoIP providers, not just us.
What to do if you can’t reach a number
If a Premium or Freemium number doesn’t work through your Voyced account:

Try calling from your mobile phone instead for that case

If needed, ask us to check the number by:

Opening a support ticket

Or emailing: newdestinations@voyced.eu

Please include:

The number you tried to call
-
The date and time of your attempt
-
Your Voyced account details
We’ll look into it and see what options are available.
If the number isn’t currently reachable but can be added, we’ll do our best to include it in our routing at the next available opportunity.
We’ll always support you in finding the best solution.
