Allowed timeframe to supply us with required paperwork for DID registration.

Supplying Required Paperwork for Your Telephone Number (DID)

When you place and pay for an order that includes a DID (telephone number), we reserve your new number straight away and start setting things up. If your number needs to be verified or registered with local authorities, you’ll need to send us certain documents before it can be activated.

What Happens Next?

  • After your payment is received, you’ll get an email with a unique upload link.
This link is tied to your order and tells you exactly which documents are needed.

  • Please use that upload link to send your paperwork. It’s the quickest and easiest way to make sure your documents are matched to the right number and processed as fast as possible.

Important Deadlines:

  • Send your documents within 3 working days of paying for your order.

  • If we don’t receive the paperwork within 7 working days, the local operator or telecom authority may ask us to cancel the number.
If this happens, we’re required to comply, and you’ll be notified.

What If You Don’t Get the Upload Email?

If you haven’t received the upload request email within 1 working day after payment, please contact our support team.
Include your order number so we can quickly check and send you the correct upload link.

If You're Too Late Sending the Documents:

  • We may need to start the setup process from the beginning.

  • There may be extra setup costs, although we’ll try to avoid them where possible.

  • The new number (DID) may be different from the original one we tried to assign.

Please don’t delay, getting the documents to us on time helps avoid all of this.

And of course, if you need help or have any questions, our team is here for you.
