Our position on abuse and spam
Voyced has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse, fraud, and spam calls.
We take this seriously to protect:
-
Our clients
-
Our platform
-
Our relationships with global carriers and regulators
- Our reputation
Why this matters
Voice services are increasingly targeted for:
-
Spam and robocalls
-
Scam or phishing attempts
-
Harassment or illegal call patterns
Abuse like this can lead to:
-
Immediate blocking by upstream providers
-
Permanent blacklisting of numbers or entire ranges
-
Legal and financial penalties for us and/or the user(s) involved in this abusive use
That’s why we must act quickly and decisively when abuse is suspected.
What happens if abuse is detected
If we receive a complaint, report, or detect suspicious activity via system checks or external feedback:
1. Your account will be immediately and fully blocked
- You will be notified immediately
-
All services will be suspended
-
This protects the integrity of our network and other clients
2. You must provide clear and verifiable proof that the activity was not abusive
-
Without this, your account will be permanently terminated
-
Any remaining credit or prepayments will be forfeited
-
You may also be held liable for costs, damages, or legal actions if required
Final word
We don’t take action lightly. But we will always prioritise the security, reliability, and reputation of our services and our clients.
If you're unsure whether certain call activity is allowed, ask us first, we’re happy to clarify.
