6. Check if Your Internet Cable Is Plugged Into the Correct Port on Your Phone
Most IP phones have two network ports:

LAN or INTERNET – This is where the cable from your modem or router should go.

PC or COMPUTER – This is only to connect your computer, after the phone has received the internet signal.
If the internet cable is accidentally plugged into the PC/Computer port, your phone won’t be able to connect — and you won’t be able to make or receive calls.
✅ What to do:

Check the back of your phone.

Make sure the cable from your modem/router is in the LAN/INTERNET port.

Restart the phone.
-
Test to see if the problem is resolved.
