Setting up a Gigaset IP phone (DECT)

Step-by-step setup guide

  1. Log in to your Gigaset base station

  2. Go to the menu:
    Telephone > Connections

  3. Select the connection you want to set up or change, then click Edit

  4. Click Show Advanced Settings to display all available options

  5. Enter the following details exactly:

  Field Value
  Authentication Name Your full DID (e.g. 441234567890)
  Authentication Password The password for your DID
  Username Your full DID again
  Display Name Any name you like (for your reference only)
  Domain voyced.eu
  Proxy Server Address sip.voyced.eu
  Proxy Server Port 5060
  Registrar Server sip.voyced.eu
  Registrar Server Port 5060
  Registration Refresh Time 180


  1. Leave all other settings blank or at their default values

  2. Click Set to save your changes

  3. Tick the Active box to enable the connection
