Basic set up/Adjusting of Abbreviated dialing on 1 Client account.
This covers
- Maximum 10 assigned Extensions (per line; info on 1 Abbreviated number)
- All info is used as given

This covers
- Maximum 3 forwarding rules

- Maximum 1 assigned Huntgroup

Basic set up/Adjusting Extensions on 1 Client account.
This covers
- Maximum 5 Extensions

- Maximum 5 assigned Extensions

We will set up/adjust 1 simple, 1 level IVR menu (such as Office hours, for example).
You need to supply
- 4 sound files. 1 for each of the following; 'Company greeting', 'Menu', 'Timeout' and 'On unavailable selection'
- A tree structure of what needs to happen when 1 through 9 (max) are pressed and the action it should do
- When the menu should be available, always or which select days, times, etc.
Actions to choose from
a) Do nothing
b) Transfer
c) Transfer to E.164 number
(recommended for all transfers outside our system)
d) Prompt for extension #
e) Dial Extension Directly
f) To Call Queue
g) To other Menu
h) Disconnect call

Basic set up/Adjusting of 1 Music on Hold instance on 1 Client account.
This covers
- Uploading and making active of 1 new 'Music on Hold' sound file
(make sure you have the legal right to use the sound file for this purpose!)

Maintenance plan 1 covers up to £240 of work each month (a saving of more than 6%).
This can be either the predefined services in 'Setup help' or part of custom quoted Setup help services.
This is a monthly renewing service and is on a yearly contract.
Maintenance plan 2 covers up to £600 of work each month (a saving of more than 13%).
This can be either the predefined services in 'Setup help' or part of custom quoted Setup help services.

Maintenance plan 2 covers up to £1140 of work each month (a saving of more than 15%).
This can be either the predefined services in 'Setup help' or part of custom quoted Setup help services.
