Which Huntgroup to assign to this Call queue? *

Maximum number incoming calls that can be in the queue? * The maximum be as low as possible and should realistically be below 3 to 5 as more will usually take to long.

Announce the number of callers ahead of them in the queue? *

Play music on hold? * If so, please send us the cleaned up and cut to size audio file as an .au, .wav or .mp3 that we can upload without alterations.

Announce estimated wait time? * This will be based on how many people are in the queue and the Average handle time (in minutes).

If Announce waiting time is selected 'Yes': What is the average handle time in minutes? *

If Announce waiting time is selected: Interval between announcements in minutes? *
