How to Start Using Groundwire

Note: Before you begin, you'll need at least one VoIP (Voice-over-Internet Protocol) or SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) account from us.
If you don’t have one yet, please contact us to set it up or order it via our onine ordering system https://www.voyced.eu/clients/store/.

To configure your VoIP account in Groundwire, follow these simple steps:

For Android Devices:

  1. On the Main screen, tap Menu (☰) > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap the + icon to add a new account.

For iOS Devices:

  1. Open the Keypad tab, tap Menu (☰) > SIP Accounts or Accounts.
  2. Tap the + icon to add a new account.

Setting Up Your Account:

  1. Select Generic SIP Account or New SIP Account.

  2. Enter the following details from the setup email we provided for the account you want to add:
    • Title: Add any name you like (e.g., "Work Account", "Company name", etc).
      Tip: This helps users with multiple SIP accounts identify the one in use. Single-account users can add any text.
    • Username: Enter your VoIP username/account.
    • Password: Enter the provided Service Password for that account.
    • SIP Domain: Add the SIP server domain we supplied.

  3. Tap Save or Done to finalize the setup.

Activating Your Account:

  • Go back to the Main screen.
  • The SIP service icon in the top left corner should turn solid green.
    This confirms your account is registered and ready to use.
  • Next to the 'green' name (the line you set to use for outgoing calls) you will also see your current Call Credit Balance for that (company) account.

You’re now ready to make and receive calls using Groundwire!
