If your Internet connection is not functioning as it should, your devices won't be able to register on our IPPBX, which means you won't be able to make calls or be called.
In that case, your first steps should be to restart your Modem (/router) and possibly your switch en devices (in that order) until the issue is resolved.
Make sure each step will be switched off for at least 30 seconds before you switch it back on.
Hint: If you have an alternative way of connecting to the IPPBX, set your (main) number's Follow-Me to your mobile phone. You can then sort out your Internet connection and switch the Follow-Me back to normal only once your devices are registering properly again. This way you won't have to miss any phone calls.
You can test your Internet connection speed here: https://www.speedtest.net/ (upload/download).
Rule of thumb: You'll need approximately 0,1 Mb/s up- and download for each good quality VoIP-connection.
