In traditional telephony, each country had its own rules regarding how to dial a number that is not in your area or not even in your country.
To keep things as simple as possible, we have levelled the International prefix to 00 for all calls made from our systems to external numbers.
That way, dialling 00 + the area code = the subscriber number will work perfectly, regardless if you are calling from a UK, US or Guadeloupan number when placing the call from a device connected to us.
This also means that any number you would want to call can always be dialed in the full International format making it easy to set your phone contact entries as such as it will work with any Voyced number to place the call.
