Need to change a few simple details in your client account?
You can update most of your account information yourself directly from the Clientarea.
However, some details are restricted and cannot be changed on your side.
If you need to update something you don’t have access to, like your registered company name, VAT number, or country, simply contact our support team. We’ll either update it for you or let you know what steps need to be taken.
Need to update key company details or move services to a new client account?
If you need to change important information (such as your company name or registered address), or if you want to transfer services to another account, a standard change isn’t possible for administrative and legal reasons (like tax compliance).
In these cases, we’ll likely need to set up a new client account first.
You can get started via the ‘Requesting a major client detail change’ process in our system.
Once that’s submitted, we’ll guide you through the necessary steps and help make the transition smooth and accurate.
