If you find that dialling a certain telephone number doesn't work as it should, and you have gone through steps 1 through 6 in this troubleshooting area, you can try the following:
1) Dial the same number in its international notation. This circumvents some issues with local versus non-local dialling rules.
If it works now, send in a ticket with the following information so that we can investigate and correct where needed. If it still doesn't work, go to step 2
2) If you still can't dial the number, not in its normal format and not in its international notation, please test from another phone line to make sure that the number that you call doesn't have an issue at that moment.
If all these steps don't solve the issue create a ticket from the Client area with the following information so that we can trace and find the call(s) in question:
- Account number that you called from
- The number that you called to (both normal notation + the international notation)
- The time of the call
We should then be able to find the errored calls and investigate it further.
We will keep you updated about the issue through the ticket so that we can keep all information about this in one traceable place.
Of course, we hope you will never have to.
