How does it all work with a Call Center (CC) DID?

Call Center DIDs are specifically designed for businesses that handle high inbound call volumes and need flexible, cost-effective scaling of call capacity.
They're ideal for customer service teams, sales departments, and dedicated support lines.

Inbound Calling, What’s included?

Each Call Center DID comes with 4 inbound tracks by default.
This means up to 4 callers can reach you simultaneously through the same number.

You can expand easily and affordably with:

  • Upgrade packs of 4 or 6 tracks

  • Expansion packs from 10 up to 50 additional tracks

This flexibility gives you the tools to scale up when needed, without unnecessary overhead.

See the black, green, and blue arrows on the left side of the image for visual reference.

Outbound Calling, How does that work?

Outbound calling works differently for Call Center DIDs.

Instead of being tied to a single number:

  • Outbound tracks are assigned at client account level

  • This means all your DIDs under the same client account benefit from the shared outbound capacity

You can add more outbound tracks (see orange arrows) to support larger teams or outbound campaigns.

It’s a smart and scalable setup, suited for environments where multiple agents need to call out simultaneously.

Powerful and Professional by Design

As with all Voyced services, these DIDs connect through the Voyced Hosted IPPBX, giving you full access to:

  • Call queues and IVRs

  • Agent-based routing

  • Time-based call control

  • Voicemail-to-email

  • Advanced reporting tools

And more, all backed by our Premium Plus call quality.

Please Note:

All our services are designed around Premium Plus quality routing, the highest available.
That means:

  • No short-burst or dialer traffic allowed

  • Call patterns must follow standard business use

  • This ensures reliability and compliance across all countries and carriers

If you’re not sure whether your call volume or pattern fits, just ask, we’ll help you choose the right product.

Compatible with All Devices

Connect your Call Center DIDs to:

  • Desk phones (IP or analogue via ATA)

  • Softphones on mobile or desktop

  • Your existing PBX or IPPBX

  • Hosted agents via browser or mobile

  • Video and phone conferencing tools

Everything flows through the Hosted IPPBX for maximum control and performance.
