How does it all work with a Standard DID/Standard telephone number?

Standard DIDs are generally best used for a standard business situation where there is a limited amount of inbound calls. Outbound call capacity can be added by adding either SIP Trunk or Voyced Internal DIDs.

This illustration will give examples of the different routes are that are involved in the call coming in or going out, where you will need the inbound tracks, the VoIP Channels / SIP Trunks and so forth.
