How does it all work with a Call Center (CC) DID?

How does it all work with a Call Center (CC) DID?

Call Center DIDs are specifically created to be able to add inbound tracks / inbound calls more flexibly and cheaper.
Outbound call capacity will be added at client level so that all accounts under that client account will benefit from the trunk and/or added Voyced Internal DIDs.

This illustration will give examples of the different routes are that are involved in the call coming in or going out, where you will need the inbound tracks, the VoIP Channels / SIP Trunks and so forth.

Note: As all our solutions are based on Premium Plus quality solutions (= the highest quality possible) this does not allow for short-burst traffic.
