Description:
We have been experiencing network issues and are working with our ISPs to bring the network back up / get the network stable again as soon as possible.

Update:

Our network engineers have identified the cause of the network issue as rouge traffic and they are going through the switches one by one to block it off. 

We will update you shortly when we have more information.

Update:
This morning, our IP network was under heavy load due to some rogue inbound traffic. Two of our subnets were heavy affected by this. All switches carrying this traffic became unresponsive. We have managed to isolate the traffic to a single switch and allowed normal connectivity to our IPPBX network.

We are continuing to investigate what type of traffic is hitting us and when we have more details we will block any rogue traffic. However, at this stage, the Voyced IPPBX network is safe and stable.

We have now put in place further processes where we can identify such issues and isolate it faster to protect the most vital parts of our network and minimise such outages. We are also talking to our Hardware suppliers to find out if we can implement additional protection to such heavy rouge traffic without affecting VoIP quality.
