Start Date: Saturday, 20th May 2017, 11:00 PM (GMT)

End Date: Sunday, 21th May 2017, 03:00 AM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:
The Technical team will upgrade the hardware and network equipment at this location. 
As hardware, including network equipment, will be replaced we expect a 3-hour downtime during this window but we will try to keep it to a very minimum.
This downtime will only affect those DIDs and calls in Switzerland that run through this location, other services will not be affected.
Of course, we will reroute traffic away from that location as much as we can so calls should, most likely, not be affected by this maintenance window.

In order to limit the impact this work will have on your services, we always try to conduct this type of maintenance activity during low traffic periods
