Description:
This afternoon, you may have experienced a degradation of performance, or possibly even unavailability, regarding the webcluster that runs our commercial website and the Clientarea.
Our engineers, together with our internet/hosting partners, are investigating and are trying to pinpoint the issue and get this issue solved asap.
Note that our email support and telephony is uninterrupted and works as expected.
All Hosted IPPBX environments are unaffected by this and all VoIP traffic continues to receive and terminate all calls as expected.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause and if there are any questions, please contact our technical support team.

Update 1:
Our engineers have liaised with our internet partners as that is where the issue seems to be.
They are working tirelessly to locate the source of the problem so it can be solved.
Update 2:
The issue at hand is related to faulty hardware in the datacenter, affecting our and other host systems.
Engineers are now replacing hardware and/or moving services to alternative hardware to get everything back online as quickly as possible.
We see some services coming back online already but other are not yet back.
All efforts are geared to getting to his solved asap and getting all services back online asap.
Update 3:
We've just been updated by our providers that all should be well again.
Upon inspection, all does indeed seem to be online and running as expected again.
We'll investigate further but all seems well. With apologies for any inconvenience.
Note that all telephony services were unaffected and available at all times.
