We would like you to know about the following issue.

Service Affected: We have some reports that some clients can not add a credit card to the payment methods in the Clientarea

Impact: Minor Impact

Start Date: Friday, 7th of October 2022,  14:30 AM (GMT)

End Date: Ongoing

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

It seems that in situations where a credit card had to be removed from the system, the client can not add it back to the system.
An active investigation has not come up with a reason so we are digging deeper with the help of the manufacturer of the base solution that we build on.

Adding totally new credit cards for both new and existing clients seems to work just fine but let us know if you run into any unexpected issues with this.

We will update you here as and when news becomes available

 

All Web, Mail and Hosted IPPBX environments are unaffected by this and all other VoIP traffic continued to receive and terminate all calls as expected.

Update:

It does indeed seem to be an issue for certain browsers (or even certain versions of a browser) only.
We have tested that many browsers will work perfectly and it may be a limited number of Chrome/Edge specific versions thing.

If you run into this issue, using Safari or Firefox (and probably many others) should let you do this one thing whilst we're working hard to try and solve it for everyone.
You can also reach out to us and we can add the card from our side to get you sorted.

 

Update:

We've tackled the issue and have been testing and monitoring since and no issues have been seen or reported in the last few days anymore.
If you do run into this issue, please let us know but we are adamant that this bug has been squashed.
