Dear Customer,

We would like you to know about the following changes in availability and of Sales and Support staff over the coming Holiday period en a little end of Year message.

Over the coming holiday period, starting Saturday the 21st of December, there will be less staff on call so there will some changes to our opening/support hours/options.

All essential services and maintenance will, of course, continue as normal and there is 2nd level support staff on call at all times for any situation where their expertise would be required. The 24/7 monitoring of all our systems and services will also continue as normal so service will be at its normal excellent level as you have come to, and would expect, from us.

However, webchat will only be available when there is enough staff available to cover it properly. And as we will be working with a skeleton staff it may take a little longer for non-urgent requests and enquiries to be dealt with. Therefore, we would like to ask you to possibly be a little more patient if it takes us a little longer to get to you as we will also prioritise the support requests that do come in.

2019 was another exciting and wonderful year where we have been able to welcome many new clients of all sizes and from all around the globe. This year we have again managed to add many new countries to our portfolio, new options, new services and we improved our reliability and quality and optimised even more processes and services.
We are ending the year on a high on many accounts and we are especially proud that we have helped so many existing and new clients. Many of you have given us feedback on the performance of our support team and with pride, we can now announce that your yearly average feedback score came to an amazing 9.6 out of a possible 10! (many months it even hit the 9.8 or 9.9 out of 10)
There is and always will still be room for improvement but seeing that we are constantly scoring in the high 9's the last few years, we think it is an amazing score already, don't you agree?!

Furthermore, whilst creating more stability and adding services, Voyced, again, has been managed to go through substantial growth every single month.
We thank all the clients that have put their trust and business in our hands.

We thank you all and we are convinced that 2020 is going to be even better, bigger and brighter.
There are many new additions, functions and services planned and everything is set to go ...
so, let's make it happen.
