Description:
With some regular maintenance work on the Clientarea and website, you may have experience either or both to have become unresponsive a few times.
This was due to some very intense database cluster optimisation that was taking place and for which we hadn't anticipated the impact to be as high it was as we would have done it in during a nightly maintenance window in that case.
All the work has been completed perfectly through the website and Clienatarea should now benefit from a much quicker response.
