Start Date: Saturday, 23rd September 2017, 10:00 AM (BST)
End Date: Saturday, 23rd September 2017, 17:00 AM (BST) or much earlier if all goes well
Status Report: Service Status
Description:
Our client area server will be undergoing major maintenance and updates of its core as we move to a new version to get our security to an even higher level, iron out some found that we found along the way, get us ready for the possibility to add new functionality in the future much more easily.
This means that only the interface and related services won't always be available. All other (Hosted) services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum but we would advise you to not use the Clientarea at all on that day to make sure that any change you make whilst an update or upgrade is running won't get lost.
Our email and telephony will work and of course, our Hosted IPPBX is unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to receive and terminate all calls as expected.

Update:
Everything seemed that gone extremely well and quickly but we kept the Clientarea closed for a bit longer as we were verifying everything.
As far as we can see there are no issues at all and all functionality is there and available.
Security and flexibility have been greatly enhanced again so that we are ready for the future and the system is ready for all the new and exciting things we have planned for you.
If you do run into something that isn't working or available as before, please do start a ticket and let us know so we can tackle the issue a.s.a.p.
