Description:
During regular website and back-end system maintenance, someone made a mistake which created a bad loop.
This meant that orders and/or their relevant invoices would or would not be created correctly.
To make sure all was as it should be we cancelled and recreated all orders that were placed between 6 PM and 11 PM.
This way we could verify that both the orders and their related invoices were correct and not be hindered at a later stage.
This also means that you may have had more than one notification and/or invoice for the same order.
For that, we sincerely apologise as well but we felt it was best to handle in this way to makes sure the whole orders process was correct for now and for the future.
