End Date: Monday, 19th June 2017, 04:00 AM (GMT)

Description:
Whilst migrating the Standard Call Recording Service to our new network, we will be also updating the interface configuration and placing the server inside of a different VLAN.
Downtime for the initial stages will be no more than 20 minutes which is accounted for by network convergence.
There will then be a period of around one to three hours where previously generated call recordings will be unavailable until they are copied to a new directory.
No calls made during the initial 20-minute downtime will be recorded.
Note that this maintenance will not affect the PCI compliant Call Recording Services.
In order to limit the impact this work will have on your services, we always try to conduct this type of maintenance activity during low traffic periods.
