Description:
In the past hour you may have experienced a degradation of performance in the webcluster that runs our commercial website.
Upon investigation, our technicians found that it was related to issues with the hardware that runs the cluster and data was moved to another cluster as quickly as possible.
Some servers/services only had limited accessibility because not (all) data would reach them.
The problem is now solved so the availability our website is back to their normal level.
We will keep monitoring the sitaution but expect that the issue is solved.
Note that our email support and telephony was uninterrupted and worked as expected at all times.
All Hosted IPPBX environments were unaffected by this and all VoIP traffic continued to receive and terminate all calls as expected.
