As we approach the holiday season, we’d like to inform you about the expected delays in number porting processes that occur every year during this period.
Key Dates for Number Porting:
- Slow Down/Stop: Starting from 21-12-2023, please note that some countries may have already ceased accepting new porting requests by this date and some may continue as usual.
- Resumption: Normal porting processes will resume from 03-01-2024.
While these delays are typical due to the holiday season, you can still initiate your order during this period. This allows us to prepare everything in advance. However, be aware that the actual processing of porting requests by local authorities is likely to be on hold and won't commence until on or after the 3rd of January 2024.
Action for Immediate Porting Requests: If you have numbers that require porting soon, we strongly advise initiating the order now.
This ensures we can do our best to start the process before the holiday slowdown begins.
