Impact: Major impact but only for eSIM users in the Puerto Rico area.

End Date: No clear timeline yet.

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

We have recently been made aware of connectivity problems in Puerto Rico and escalated this issue to our upstream provider.
Our upstream provider has reached out to the local network and informed us that AT&T no longer support coverage in Puerto Rico.

We are working with our upstream provider in order to offer connectivity on different networks in Puerto Rico as soon as possible.

We doing everything we can to get a new agreement open this year but at this time we do not have timescales.

 

All other VoIP, Mobile Office SIM and eSIM solutions as well as all (Hosted) services, the general website, the Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.
