Description:
We have been informed of upcoming planned engineering works on the Dutch radio network during the above timeframe.
This will encompass a software upgrade to the KPN network impacting 2G,4G and 5G services, some regions in the Netherlands will not be available during this time.
We do not expect any major/critical service impact; however, we recommend that you proactively monitor your device connections during the above times.
All other VoIP and (Hosted) services and the general website, Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.
