Service Affected: Primary gateway for our Roaming Office VoIP SIMs

Start Date: Tuesday, 6th April 2022, 02:00 AM (UTC)
Start Date: Tuesday, 6th April 2022, 06:00 AM (UTC) or much earlier if all goes well
Status Report: Service Status
Description:
We have an emergency planned maintenance window during the above times on all Roaming Office VoIP SIM services (Dynamic IP, Fixed IP and private APN).
These SIMs may experience a short interruption to service which will cause active data sessions to disconnect and reconnect.
This is estimated to take between 5 and 30 minutes per node.
All Roaming Office VoIP SIM services will be deemed At Risk during the above date and time and all efforts will be made to minimise disruption.
All other Big Data SIMs, VoIP and (Hosted) services and the general website, as well as the Clientarea and related services, will continue to work as usual.
