Standard DIDs/Telephone numbers are for general and normal Business use. Anyone can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world. Just like you have always been used to.

Available for almost all countries in the world and they include VoIP line and Free use of our Hosted IPPBX solution.

For any size business that wants to make and receive phone calls

Mobile DIDs/Telephone numbers are for general and normal Business use. Our Mobile VoIP DIDs are from the actual mobile number range in that country but are for use in our VoIP solutions. Anyone can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world. Just like you have always been used to but text messaging is not supported as the number isn’t on a  mobile phone.

Available for more and more countries in the world and they include VoIP line and Free use of our Hosted IPPBX solution.

Give your clients the service of a free call to you

TollFree DIDs/Telephone numbers (or FreePhone as they are also often called) are for normal Business use where you want to make it as easy as possible for your clients to call you. With a TollFree number, the user generally doesn’t pay for the call but you do, therefore lowering the contact threshold. Anyone within the same country as that TollFree number can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world. Just like you have always been used to.

Available for almost all countries in the world they include multiple VoIP Inbound Tracks and Free use of our Hosted IPPBX solution.

Give your clients the service of a free call to you + communicate the same number in each country

UIFN DIDs/Telephone numbers are TollFree numbers but the main difference is that you will get the very same subscriber number in each country. They are for normal Business use where you want to make it as easy as possible for your clients to call you. This makes it very easy and consistent to communicate to your clients and this is why, for example, communication departments generally love this option. Optionally you can request a specific number if still available. With a UIFN number, the user generally doesn’t pay for the call but you do, therefore lowering the contact threshold. Anyone within the same country of a specific UIFN number can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world. Just like you have always been used to. Any UIFN solution will need a minimum of 2 countries activated at all times.

Special DIDs/Telephone numbers are DIDs in countries or for situations where we do not have Standard DIDs and are for general and normal Business use. With these, anyone can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world, just like you have always been used to. Pricing, application, activation, legal requirements and implementation times may be different though, so you will have to request a quote.

Available for almost all countries in the world where we do not have any standard option available and they include VoIP line and Free use of our Hosted IPPBX solution.

For any size business that wants to make and receive phone calls

Shared Cost DIDs/Telephone numbers are DIDs with which we both share the cost of the subscription but therefore you will have an inbound call rate and possibly a higher outbound call rate. This option is for general and normal Business use but with a local presence in many countries at the same time. With these, anyone can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world, just like you have always been used to. If you are interested in this option you will have to request a quote.

Available for almost all countries in the world and they include VoIP line and Free use of our Hosted IPPBX solution.

For any size business that wants to make and receive phone calls in a variety of countries

Our Elastic Pool Solutions are based on Standard DIDs/Telephone numbers but for situations where a changing high volume of Inbound traffic is expected and where a dynamically assigned pool of Inbound tracks is required. Generally, you will need to have a minimum of 5 countries activated for this solution and the pool of Inbound tracks will be dynamically spread over all of the numbers in your Elastic Pool Solution. With this solution, anyone can call you and you can call anywhere and any telephone number in the world, just like you have always been used to. If you are interested in this option you will have to request a quote.

Available for almost all countries in the world and they include a Dynamic Inbound Track Pool of almost any size you want and Free use of our Hosted IPPBX solution.

For large volume simultaneous Outgoing Business Calls or Call Centre solutions

Outbound Call Center DIDs/Telephone numbers are for those situations where you have a much higher number of simultaneous calls going out, than coming in.

Available for almost all countries in the world, they include VoIP lines in a specific configuration and the use of our Hosted IPPBX solution can be added.

Our Voyced Internal DIDs, or Extensions as they are often called, have all the benefits of proper VoIP accounts but for a price that is almost too good to be true.

It’s best if every device or function you use has its own VoIP account as you may want to transfer a call, change its function or have multiple phones ring when 1 number is called. This is all done easily and quickly with our ‘extensions’ offering. 1 telephone number but 4 people that need to call: extensions. Setup an IVR: extensions. A separate account that will handle all incoming Voicemails: extensions.

Available in more and more countries in the world as we are deploying this new solution. Each includes VoIP lines in a specific configuration and the use of our Hosted IPPBX solution can be added.

For any size business that needs (to add) more Internal/Outbound calls to their solution

Adding (additional) Internal/Outbound Tracks is easy, just add the SIP Trunk you need and your solution will be upgraded.

All SIP Trunk with implemented as 1 dynamically adjusting pool that can be used by all DIDs in your account, unless you specify differently, giving you the greatest flexibility possible.

For when you want to move to Voyced but you want to make sure we deliver what we promise

Before going into a proper contract with us, test us and the quality we will give you.

You have a few options and all will give you the possibility to really test us as you would normally: A proper number, Access to the Hosted IPPBX solution and Call Credit. The Test products will auto terminate at the end of the period you bought and if you decide to purchase a real product before the test product end date we can transfer any remaining call credit to your real contract account.

We can supply most major brands of VoIP hardware phones and equipment. Let us know what you need and we’ll make you the very best offer we can.

Our preferred brand would be Yealink (for its excellent price/quality ratio), but we can also supply brands like Grandstream, Snom, Polycom, Mitel and many others.

We sometimes also have pre-owned stock that has been thoroughly cleaned, tested, upgraded where needed. This may be interesting if you are on a tighter budget as you can still get the same quality hardware but for a much lower price.

For any size business that needs to use a software version of a VoIP phone

We decided not to create a new app or program that you can use on your device as there are enough good ones out there already. We don’t that that reinventing the wheel makes sense if there is no direct reason for it, so we have tested and ‘approved’ some software/’app versions but Any SIP Compliant software solution should be able to connect to us straight away.
