Generally, the following happens when you come to Voyced and you want to bring you ‘old’ number with you.
We port your number in and the initial cost for all that is part regular setup cost (both a little bit internal and mostly external) and part cost we have to pay for the actual porting process (fully external). We realise that this may be a threshold that prevents you from moving over and therefore you are not getting all the benefits of a high-quality VoIP solution that you could have but possibly do not know about

The porting process itself is pain-free and will take a week up to a few weeks, depending the country involved. You may need to sign an extra document which proves that you give us the permission to do so and if we do need that, we will let you know.
